Adult group coaching dates

Here are the dates for the next set of lessons for the Ladies groups and also the men’s group. The cost is £36 for the 6 lessons.

We hold a variety of social events here at Leamington & County Golf Club throughout the year and you are very welcome to join us at any of them. 

They range from monthly quiz nights to full-blown dinner/dances. We are also well known for bringing  you the best tribute bands in the country and are proud to announce that we have already booked the following Tribute Acts for this year: Diana Ross & Motown; George Michael and Freddie Mercury.

 Our new Media Room is the perfect venue for meetings, training days, conferences and business events. With packages starting at just £25 per delegate and our Premier Golf packages starting at just £40 per delegate, our facilities comfortably accommodate up to 16 delegates (all prices include VAT).

The adjacent Centenary Lounge, with its private bar, 50” widescreen TV, free Wi-Fi and ample seating, is perfect for ‘break-out’ meetings and reception/refreshment facilities.

Should you require a more formal setting for lunch or dinner, we have a superb restaurant, managed by Head Chef Andrew Ford, who can arrange the perfect menu for you.

Our premier packages include a round of golf for each delegate (subject to course availability). We also have an excellent Pro Shop and Indoor Golf Training Academy run by our Club Professional Julian Mellor.

Award presentation!

On Friday night at Mallory Court Hotel,  a dinner was held in order to present the awards for the Summer Mixed Greensomes Competition.

 These games were played at mutually convenient times and players were encouraged to eat in the clubs restaurant afterwards. With an increasing number of pairs taking part this competition, started last season by Pauline Hayes the then Ladies Captain, is encouraging social mixed play with a mild competition element.

 Pairs can challenge up to 6 couples and then their top 4 scores are counted towards the final. Steve Widlake and Stephi, obviously well suited to this format, recorded amazing scores as high as 50 points. The second highest scores were by the Robbins team of Gerry and Carol, who have already won the Dunmow Cup this year.

These two couples went head to head in the final and it went to the last hole with the Robbins just finishing ahead.

We are pleased to announce that we will be running Winter Opens from November – March! Contact the Pro Shop for details.
