A party of ladies (plus 2 men), travelled to Ireland to support the European team in it’s quest to beat the Americans in the Solheim cup. The beautiful surroundings of Killeen Castle near Dublin, was the course were the challenge took place. Ireland threw some of its toughest weather at the golfers and the supporters.
Obviously the party from Leamington and County made all the difference and the European team wrenched the cup from the grasp of the Americans, who had held it for the last 8 years.
